How do I build a coherent setup without overbuying?
Choose your main station first, then add only the functions your services need: mist, scalp imaging, body heat, or massage accessories. Mist Pro is already included in some Reva configurations.

Can I order online or request a quote?
Equipment available for purchase can be ordered directly online. To validate a layout, a custom pack, or special delivery arrangements, request a quote from the Contact page.
You'll find our France and international contacts there. Equipment prices and the subtotal are shown excl. VAT; any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
How do I prepare for delivery?
Delivery is included within France. Lead time is confirmed based on the model, its availability, and your address. Before ordering, check access routes, doorways, stairs, and the space needed to install the station.
For international orders, you pay right away, including a €100 shipping deposit (excl. VAT). The final shipping cost is set by quote; the deposit is deducted from it, and any balance is due before dispatch. Prepare for delivery
Is training required to offer Head Spa services?
Mastering the protocol, hygiene, and client positioning matters as much as the equipment itself. Training helps you structure the treatment and adapt your techniques to your practice.

What does the warranty cover, and what maintenance is required?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and covered failures under the terms that apply to the model you purchased. Its duration and scope are stated on the product page or your quote. Normal wear and tear, as well as damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or inadequate maintenance, are excluded.
Inadequate maintenance only excludes the damage it causes; it does not void coverage for an unrelated manufacturing defect. Keep your invoice and contact us before any repair. This does not affect your statutory rights. View warranty and maintenance terms
