What kind of project is the Headspa Pro Max Basin for?

Do I still need to plan an installation?
Yes. Having self-contained tanks doesn’t remove the need for a compliant power supply, a fill point, and a suitable drain for emptying.
Check the space around the basin, the furniture it will be paired with, the connections, and the cleaning routine before your first service.
How do I choose the accessories and matching furniture?
Comfort depends on the whole setup: basin, chair or table, headrest, and practitioner access. Have the pairing with your furniture confirmed before you buy.

What maintenance do the tanks require?
Check the levels before each treatment, remove hair from accessible parts, and drain before the tank is full. Clean the tanks and lines as described in the manual; avoid standing water and unsuitable products.
Failures caused by blockages, scale buildup, or inadequate maintenance are excluded from the commercial warranty. View warranty and maintenance terms
How do I prepare for my equipment delivery?
Delivery is included within France. Lead time is confirmed based on the model, its availability, and your address. Before ordering, check access routes, doorways, stairs, and the space needed to install the station.
For international orders, you pay at checkout with a €100 (excl. VAT) shipping deposit. The final amount is set by quote; the deposit is deducted and any balance is paid before shipment. Prepare for delivery
What does the warranty cover, and what maintenance is required?
The commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under the terms that apply to the model purchased. Its duration and scope are shown on the product page or quote. Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable use, or inadequate maintenance, are excluded.
