The equipment offered for purchase can be ordered directly online. To confirm a layout, a package configuration, or a specific delivery, request a quote from the Contact page.

There, you will find the contacts for France and international. Equipment prices and the subtotal are exclusive of tax; any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Delivery is included within France. The timeframe is confirmed based on the model, its availability, and your address. Before ordering, please check access, doors, staircases, and the space required to install the unit.

For international orders, you pay immediately with a shipping deposit of €100 excl. tax. The final amount is determined by a quote; the deposit is deducted, and any remaining balance is paid before shipping. Prepare for delivery

The commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures covered under the terms of the model purchased. Its duration and scope are indicated on the product sheet or quote. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable use, or insufficient maintenance are excluded.

A lack of maintenance only excludes the resulting damage: it does not invalidate an unrelated manufacturing defect. Keep your invoice and contact us before any repairs. Applicable legal rights remain preserved. Consult warranties and maintenance rules
