Delivery and Returns

1. Delivery areas and charges
Pro Headspa delivers in France and internationally. Delivery charges vary according to parcel weight, the selected delivery method and the destination. At checkout, charges are calculated automatically based on the address provided.

2. Delivery methods
We offer two delivery options:

• Express delivery: delivery within 3 to 15 days, depending on the applicable conditions.
• Standard delivery: delivery in approximately 8 weeks.

3. Returns policy
Customers have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at Proheadspa@gmail.com to obtain a return number.

Products excluded from the returns policy:
Head Spa units, tables and chairs cannot be returned after purchase, except where our after-sales service confirms a manufacturing defect.
