Shipping cost

Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the total weight of the order. Exact prices will be indicated during the checkout process before order confirmation. Delivery is free from 79 euros of purchase.

Delivery delay

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, our return policy is as follows:

Return Conditions

• Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt.
• Items must be in original condition, unused and with all tags attached.
• Personalized items are generally non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service at coiffure.nj@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization.
2. Pack items carefully in their original packaging.
3. Include a copy of the invoice and note the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
4. Send the package to Njcoiffure 13 rue de Joinville 75019 Paris.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned items. The refund will be made according to the original payment method.
