Who is the Pro Complete Pack for?
It allows for the preparation of a Head Spa space based on a supported configuration. It is the project, the available space, and your protocols that determine the right setup.
Present your premises and existing equipment to confirm the necessary items and avoid ordering a component already included elsewhere.
Is the pack's composition still the same?
The composition must be confirmed on the specification sheet and the estimate corresponding to your order. Do not infer the exact content from a lifestyle photo.

Can I adapt the pack to my premises?
Yes, your project can be reviewed before purchase: dimensions, access, connections, and care organization. Any commercial adjustment must be confirmed on a quote.
Additional work and equipment are only included if they are expressly mentioned.
Does the package automatically include training?
Training is only included if specified in the offer or quote. Getting started with a device and complete protocol training do not cover the same need.

How do I prepare for the delivery of my equipment?
Delivery is included within France. The timeframe is confirmed based on the model, its availability, and your address. Before ordering, check the access points, doors, staircases, and the space required to install the unit.
For international orders, you pay immediately with a €100 excl. tax shipping deposit. The final amount is determined by a quote; the deposit is deducted, and any remaining balance is paid before shipment. Prepare for delivery
What does the warranty cover, and what maintenance is required?
The commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures covered under the terms of the model purchased. Its duration and scope are indicated on the product sheet or quote. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable use, or insufficient maintenance are excluded.
A lack of maintenance only excludes the resulting damage: it does not invalidate an unrelated manufacturing defect. Keep your invoice and contact us before any repairs. Applicable legal rights remain preserved. View warranties and maintenance rules
