For which project is the Bac Headspa Pro Max suitable?
Its reservoirs make it possible to set up a treatment station without a fixed water point at the basin. It can accommodate layouts where construction work is limited, with adapted arrangements for filling and draining.

Should an installation be planned nonetheless?
Yes. The battery life of the tanks does not eliminate the need for a compliant power supply, a filling area, and a suitable drainage system for emptying.
Check the space around the unit, the associated furniture, the connections, and the cleaning circuit before the first service.
How to choose the accessories and matching furniture?
Comfort depends on the whole setup: tub, chair or table, headrest, and practitioner access. Please have the combination confirmed with your furniture before purchasing.

What maintenance is required for the tanks?
Check the levels before each treatment, remove hair from accessible parts, and drain before saturation. Clean the reservoirs and circuits according to the manual; avoid stagnant water and incompatible products.
Breakdowns caused by obstruction, scale buildup, or lack of maintenance are excluded from the commercial warranty. Consult the warranties and maintenance rules
How do I prepare for the delivery of my equipment?
Delivery is included in France. The timeframe is confirmed based on the model, its availability, and your address. Before ordering, check the access points, doors, stairs, and the space required to install the unit.
For international orders, you pay immediately with a €100 excl. tax shipping deposit. The final amount is determined by a quote; the deposit is deducted and any balance is settled before shipment. Prepare for delivery
What does the warranty cover, and what maintenance is required?
The commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures covered under the terms of the model purchased. Its duration and scope are indicated on the product sheet or quote. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable use, or insufficient maintenance are excluded.
