Choose the format that fits your project.
In-person training focuses on supervised practice and direct interaction. Online training gives you more flexibility.
In both cases, the goal is the same: master a coherent protocol and deliver a professional Head Spa experience.
Getting ready for your training.
Online or in-person training: how do I choose?
The online format allows you to follow the content at your own pace, according to the offer's terms. In-person training provides a framework for practice and interaction with the instructor, as outlined in the session program.
Compare the objectives, duration, prerequisites, and support methods indicated for each training course.
Is the training suitable for my level?
Check the program prerequisites before registering. Indicate your experience, the treatments you offer, and the equipment you use in order to choose the appropriate format.
If you are a beginner, ask which steps are dedicated to techniques, hygiene, and client setup. Contact our team
Is training included with my equipment?
Only when your offer or quote says so. Technical onboarding on the equipment is not the same as full training in a Head Spa protocol.
Get the content, duration, and support included in your setup confirmed in writing.
Can my training be funded?
Funding depends on your situation, the program, and the funder's approval. It is not automatic and must be confirmed before the session.
Our team will tell you which documents are available for the course in question. Any costs not covered are handled as set out in the training agreement.
How can I check the cancellation and rescheduling policies?
Read the agreement or contract for your specific course before enrolling. The terms for B2B equipment orders do not override the specific terms of the training.
Mandatory rights, including those of trainees who fund their own training where applicable, remain unaffected. Talk to our team
