How to choose your professional Head Spa equipment?

The right equipment is not the one with the most features. It is the one that allows you to perform your ritual with comfort, consistency, and organization suited to the salon.

1. Start with the space, before the equipment.

Measure the room and identify constraints: water supply, drainage, power, access, and circulation. Add the space needed for the practitioner and maintenance. A cabin is not sized based on the client alone: the bowl, the bed, the devices, and your movements must all have their place.

Without permanent plumbing, Reva Headspa and its autonomous tanks offer a path forward. In a hair salon, Reva AIR Spa allows you to integrate the ritual directly at the shampoo station. A dedicated cabin can prioritize the Ultra Table and its versatility.

2. Define the service to be performed.

An enriched shampoo, a prolonged hair ritual, and a Head Spa / Sauna Spa experience do not require the same setup. First, describe your main offer: steps, duration, movements, and the number of simultaneous stations. You will then know which features play a concrete role.

For steam, Mist Pro meets the needs of a compact organization around the station; Reva Mist offers two adjustable outputs with shared settings. This difference in usage is more important than a comparison of silhouettes.

3. Test comfort on both sides of the bowl.

The client must feel supported in terms of head, body, and pressure points. The practitioner must be able to reach the work area, water, and treatments with ease. Test several movements: good comfort at rest is not enough to validate a full service.

Height adjustment, the bed, and the practitioner's seat should be considered together. Dream Stool can support seated work; the electric adjustments of the bowl or table allow you to adapt the treatment surface. Have the people who will actually use the installation try it out.

Your constraint The question to ask
No permanent plumbing How to fill, drain, and maintain the autonomous station?
Hair salon Can the bowl support the planned protocol and work height?
Multipurpose cabin How to transition from Head Spa to a body treatment?
Two stations Should the steam settings be shared or independent?
Visual consultation What display and monitoring can the team realistically handle?

4. Read the full budget.

Compare the equipment price with what is actually included: accessories, steam, training, delivery, and warranty conditions. Add any potential construction work, consumables, and setup time. Two proposals are only comparable if they cover the same scope.

For equipment presented as eligible for CARSAT (French health and safety grants), check the funding process before investing. A grant simulation does not replace official approval from the agency and does not automatically reduce the invoice to be paid.

5. Plan for training and follow-up.

Ask for the manual, installation conditions, training, and support organization. Equipment must be usable with a shared method and maintained without improvisation. The choice is complete only when the team knows how to integrate it into daily life.
